The ICSBOC 2022 in-person conference will be held at the Kobe International Conference Center. This world-class facility is ideally suited to host those who choose to attend ICSBOC 2022 in person.
The Main Hall features a capacity of 692 people and is equipped with six-language simultaneous interpretation equipment and sound and lighting adjustment equipment. The prestigious International Conference Room, with a capacity of 360 has been host to UN and inter-governmental conferences. Its Reception Hall has removable partitions to broaden the usage of the adjacent International Conference Room.
There is a total of 21 medium to small meeting rooms. Each floor has a spacious lounge and lobby and can be reserved for exclusive use for exhibitions, poster sessions, etc. As high-speed wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) service is available in every facility, you can hold meetings using LAN and Internet access between rooms.
Hybrid Event
The conference is going to be held in a hybrid format with both on-site participation and on-line virtual participation, to ensure that as many people as possible will be able to attend. Technical tours and discussion sessions are going to be planned for those who attend the conference on-site.
Conference Language
In principle, papers will be presented in English, but simultaneous interpretation into Japanese will be provided for persons in the conference on-site. Simultaneous interpretation (English and Japanese) will be provided for the opening and closing ceremonies, discussion sessions, and Q&A after paper presentations.
