You may promote your technology and other exhibits at the exhibition venue and on the virtual platform.
To participate in the exhibition, please submit a "proposal" describing the contents of your exhibit (including the technology and items to be displayed and the layout of the display, etc.) to the secretariat of the conference by E-mail. Note that the exhibition space is to be adjusted when many proposals are submitted.
Your “proposal” should include necessary number of tables and chairs (free of charge) and electrical equipment—the type of power supply, power consumption, etc. You also have the opportunity to exhibit the contents of your exhibition on the virtual conference platform and you will be asked to submit the materials for it.
